Happy Fake Jan Day!
Yes, it is January 2 (aka Jan. 2), the date we celebrate the second Jan Brady! Jan Brady, as you may know, was the troubled middle girl child on THE BRADY BUNCH. When the series was brought back from the dead in the mid-70's, it was revived as THE BRADY BUNCH VARIETY HOUR. All of the Bradys were back, except for Eve Plumb. In her place was Geri Reischl... She became the first "Fake Brady" and the legend of Fake Jan was born.
Now, every Jan. 2nd (Get it?) cheese balls are consumed (they are the official food of Fake Jan Day) and silly merriment is had.
